One place to understand your conversations and your next move.
About Boxy
Boxy brings together the apps you already use. It works out what matters and what is still unresolved, then prepares your next step, such as a reply for you to review.
You work with Boxy in one ongoing conversation. Type or talk to it, ask about anything it can see, and tell it what to change.

Approvals
Boxy prepares drafts for you to review. It sends a message, posts a reply or changes an event only after you approve it.
After you approve, Boxy waits 10 seconds before sending, and you can stop it.
Privacy
Your connected content is stored on your computer, not on our servers. To answer you and prepare drafts, Boxy sends the relevant content directly from your computer to AI model providers.
Before sending, Boxy replaces email addresses, phone numbers, account numbers and secrets. The rest, including message text, is sent as written.
Read the Privacy Policy for the full details.
Billing
Boxy Beta is a monthly subscription, sold through Paddle. You can get a full refund within 14 days of your first payment. See Pricing and the Refund Policy.

Which Google apps does Boxy work with?
Gmail, Google Calendar, Google Chat and Google Drive. It can also look up names in your Google Contacts, Other Contacts and Workspace directory.

Boxy reads your messages, events, documents and comments to show what needs your attention and prepare your next step. When an invitation or email shows only an address, it looks up the missing name by exact email match.

No. Boxy sends an email, posts a chat message, replies to a document comment or changes a calendar event only after you approve it.
Where is my Google data stored, and who receives it?
It is stored on your computer, not on our servers. To answer you and prepare drafts, Boxy sends the relevant content from your computer to AI model providers acting for us. Before sending, Boxy replaces email addresses, phone numbers, account numbers and secrets. The rest, including message text, is sent as written. The Privacy Policy names the providers.
Do you sell my data or use it for advertising?
No. We do not sell Google user data, use it for advertising, or use it to train generalized AI models.
